What I build and how I build it.

Every engagement is hands-on. You work directly with me — no account managers, no subcontracted work.

01 / Web & App Tracking

The foundation. If this is wrong, everything downstream is wrong.

Bad collection means bad reports means bad decisions. Before any server-side work, the base layer has to be right.

GTM Container Architecture

Full GTM setup from scratch or audit of existing containers. Clean variable structure, trigger logic, custom templates, version control discipline. Built to be maintained by whoever comes after me.

Tracking Audit & Diagnostic

Full review of your setup. Where events misfire, where data is lost, what's causing discrepancies. Written report + prioritized fix list. Starts at $500, applied toward implementation if you proceed.

Ad platforms need clean signals. They're not getting them.

iOS 14, ITP, ad blockers — your browser pixel is under-reporting. You're showing the algorithm an incomplete picture of your customers.

Meta Pixel & Conversions API

Browser pixel + server-side CAPI with proper deduplication. Advanced matching (hashed email, phone, external ID) to maximize event match quality. The standard for Meta advertising post-iOS 14.

TikTok Pixel & Events API

Web and server-side implementation for TikTok Ads. TTCLID capture, Events API integration, deduplication. TikTok's attribution depends heavily on server-side signals — most brands leave significant signal on the table here.

Google Ads Enhanced Conversions

First-party data matching for Google Ads. Enhanced conversions via Google tag + GA4 import. Conversion value rules, audience lists, smart bidding signals — all feeding the algorithm what it needs.

Frequently asked questions

Server-side tracking routes your analytics and ad pixel data through your own server instead of the visitor's browser. Browser-based pixels are blocked by ad blockers, iOS privacy restrictions, and Safari's ITP — meaning you're losing 30–60% of conversion signals before they reach your ad platforms. Server-side tracking bypasses these restrictions because it operates independently of the visitor's browser environment.
Meta Conversions API (CAPI) sends conversion events directly from your server to Meta — running in parallel with or replacing the browser pixel. iOS opt-outs, ad blockers, and browser privacy settings can no longer prevent Meta from receiving your conversion data. Combined with event deduplication using a shared event_id, CAPI typically recovers 20–40% of previously lost conversion signals.
Google Tag Manager (GTM) is a container that manages and deploys tracking code on your site — including GA4, ad pixels, and custom scripts. GA4 is Google's analytics platform that collects and reports on visitor behavior. GTM fires the GA4 tags; GA4 receives and stores the data. You can install GA4 without GTM, but GTM makes managing multiple tracking pixels far simpler without touching your site's source code.
Most brands don't need sGTM immediately — but if you're running significant paid media spend, seeing signal loss above 20% in your ad platforms, or navigating cookie consent in Europe, it's worth exploring. sGTM adds infrastructure cost and complexity, but gives you full control over what data leaves your server and when.
The audit call is free — 30 minutes, no sales pitch, no obligation. You'll get a clear verbal summary of what's broken in your tracking setup and how to prioritize fixes. Paid engagements are scoped after that call only if you decide to proceed.
